How To Shop
Shopping at BeautifulAfricanArt.com is easy and secure:
1. Cick on 'products' in the main menu at the top of the page and select a category or click on one of the list of categories displayed to the right.
2. The list of all the products of the selected category, including a thumbnail image, name, and price of each item, will show up in the middle of your screen. By clicking on any of the images or names in this list, a detailed information about the item of your choice as well as a larger image will be displayed.
4. At this stage you will see additional pull-down menus for SIZE, COLOR (if applicable) and QUANTITY from which you have to make selections before adding the item to your order. Add the item to your order by simply clicking on the "add to order" button, after which you will be automatically transfered to 'My Order' page.
5. In 'My Order' page you have three main options: 1) you can continue shopping, by clicking on the 'Continue Shopping' button or link and repeat the previous steps; 2) you can delete all items, by clicking on the 'cancel order' link; or 3) you can check out, by clicking on the 'checkout' link.
You can also edit the SIZE, COLOR (if applicable) and QUANTITY selections of an item by clicking on its image or name.
6. When you check out you will be directed to the 'Checkout' page, where you will see forms for billing and shipping information, a menu with the shipping options and a summary of the contents of your order. Here all you have to do is fill in the proper information in the forms, and select a shipping option, after which you can finalize your purchase by clicking on the 'Submit' button. After the information you have entered in the forms is verified, you will receive a message that your order has been processed with the details of your order. You can print this page for your own records by clicking on the 'Print' button in your browser.
Shipping & Delivery
Items are shipped within 1-3 business days of when you place your order unless otherwise stated, via a major mail carrier, including UPS, FedEx, and the USPS.
If there is an unforeseen delay in shipping your order we will notify you by email.
Currently there is no International and U.S. Territory shipping available.

Return Policy
BeautifulAfricanArt.com guarantees you a 100% Satisfaction Return Policy.
General items purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. The price of item will be refunded¹ less 15% restocking fee. The shipping charges will be refunded for returned items that arrived damaged, or not what you ordered.
In the case of receiving damaged item or not what you ordered, you must notify us immediately upon arrival no later than 48 hours from the date received. No returns will be accepted before our authorization.
Please note that all items are handmade and unique, therefore sizes, colors and tones may vary slightly. These variations are not considered damages or defects.
